Job summary

Syspro is seeking a Next Gen Full-Stack Intermediate Engineer to design, develop, and deliver scalable web applications spanning front-end and back-end layers. You will work on the Next Gen platform under the Head of Innovation, with a focus on building robust software and integrating AI capabilities into product features.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of experience in full-stack development, strong knowledge of modern front-end frameworks, and back-end APIs with databases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional full-stack software development experience.
• Proficiency in at least one modern front-end framework (React/Angular/Vue.js).
• Back-end development experience using APIs and a server-side language (C#/ .NET Core, TypeScript, or Java).
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and Git.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement full-stack features across front-end and back-end of the Next Gen platform.
• Write clean, maintainable, tested code following Syspro standards.
• Build and consume well-designed APIs to support front-end functionality and integrations.
• Develop responsive, accessible user interfaces with modern front-end frameworks.
• Implement back-end services and data access layers meeting performance and scalability requirements.
• Integrate cloud services and AI features into product functionality.
