Our client is a modern and progressive top-tier, Legal 500 law firm that supports and develops its lawyers.

Based in Essex, they have grown significantly over the past 10 years, reaching a turnover of £11m with over 65 fee earners, and are now a Top 200 UK Law firm with plans for further growth of 30% in the next five years.

The firm offers state-of-the-art systems, excellent management, and a client base focused on quality. They are seeking solicitors or legal executives eager to join this dynamic firm.

The successful candidate will join a Tier 1 Legal 500 ranked employment law department, working alongside two other lawyers renowned for handling a wide range of employment matters, from early-stage advice to tribunal representation.

Applicants should have at least a 6-month seat in both non-contentious and contentious employment law, representing commercial clients and senior individuals. Newly qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
