Job Title: UK Solicitor - Commercial and Corporate Finance

Our client is seeking a recently qualified UK Solicitor to join their highly regarded Commercial and Corporate Finance Business team. The position is based in Essex, with opportunities for some remote work in line with the Firm’s guidelines.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary Business Team, demonstrating an aptitude for corporate and commercial work. Your responsibilities will include:

  6. Share re-organisations

The Candidate

The successful candidate will have proven experience in assisting with general corporate matters, delivering excellent customer service, and providing succinct, high-quality advice. Strong communication, drafting, negotiation skills, and a proactive attitude towards the firm's development are essential.

You should be able to use your initiative to deliver commercial advice to clients effectively. Computer literacy, experience with case management systems, and typing skills are required.

The role involves marketing and business development activities. Therefore, flexibility to work outside normal office hours and comfort attending marketing events and initiatives are important.
