To be considered for these roles, successful NQTs must possess the following:

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with subject specialism
• A minimum of 6 months experience in KS3, KS4 or KS5
• Excellent communication skills and strong classroom management
• A genuine passion for teaching and encouraging students' learning and development
• Adaptability and patience

In return, NQTs will receive:

All supply staff are paid on a PAYE basis, providing peace of mind that the correct level of tax and national insurance is being deducted, without any additional admin charges.
