Newly Qualified Teacher (Part-Time/Full-Time)

Location: Caerphilly

Salary: £166.33 to £248 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)

Start Date: September 2025

The School and Role

Vision for Education is recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary School teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons across the Welsh primary curriculum, working with students to develop their academic and social skills, and contributing to the overall development of our school community.

Requirements

The desired Newly Qualified Teacher will have:

• Experience working with primary school-aged children.
• Experience working with pupils with ALN.
• A passion for the progress of primary school pupils.
• An ability to work as part of a team.
• A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
• Registered with EWC (Educational Workforce Council).
• Ability to drive – preferred but not essential.
