Role Overview:As a Newly Qualified Teacher at Stepping Stones, you will be immersed in a supportive environment, allowing you opportunities to shadow experienced instructors and gain hands-on experience and build your confidence as a swimming instructor. You will play a crucial role in the delivery and progression of swimmers within our swim programme, catering to children typically aged between 3yrs - 11yrs.
