A top-tier international law firm is seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join its dynamic and fast-paced corporate team in Belfast. The Opportunity:

• Work on a broad range of corporate matters including M&A, private equity, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, and general advisory work

• Support clients that range from multinational corporates and financial institutions to innovative start-ups

• Collaborate with colleagues across jurisdictions on complex, multi-jurisdictional deals

• Gain exposure to leading clients and cutting-edge work from day one

Criteria:

• A newly qualified solicitor (qualified or qualifying in 2025) with a strong interest in corporate law

• Experience in a corporate seat during training, ideally with exposure to large-scale transactions

• Excellent academic background and drafting skills

• A commercial mindset and the ability to communicate with clients clearly and confidently
