The Role

A prestigious top-tier national law firm, renowned for its defendant insurance litigation expertise, is seeking to recruit a Newly Qualified Solicitor within their Serious Injury team to support the growth of its team.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a respected Partner and senior colleagues on high-value, complex claims across motor, employer’s liability, public liability, and indemnity matters. You'll be part of a collaborative team handling multi-million-pound litigation, serving major insurer clients and self-insured organisations.

You’ll assist on catastrophic injury and large loss cases, supporting strategy, drafting legal documents, analysing evidence, and managing stakeholder relationships. You may also run your own caseload of lower-value large loss claims under supervision.

The role involves attending court hearings, adhering to client SLAs, and contributing to business development through training, case clinics, and marketing initiatives.

The Candidate

• Newly Qualified Solicitor with personal injury litigation experience
• Exposure to large loss or multi-track claims (defendant or claimant considered)
• Strong drafting and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Confident communicator with a commercial, client-focused approach
