Madison Berkeley in Central London is seeking a Commercial Property Management Surveyor to join its Major Buildings team. You will manage flagship office and mixed-use assets, working closely with Asset Managers and institutional clients to influence performance and drive value.

The role offers hybrid working (3 days in the office), exposure to iconic London assets, and a clear path for career progression within a respected property and asset management advisor.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification or equivalent commercial property management experience.
• Experience managing multi-let commercial assets in London.

We're working exclusively on behalf of one of London's leading property & asset management advisory businesses to appoint a Surveyor / Senior Surveyor into its Major Buildings team.

This is far more than a traditional property management position. You'll work closely with in house Asset Managers, supporting the performance of some of London's most iconic office and mixed-use assets while gaining invaluable corporate exposure.
