Job description

We are seeking a Newly Qualified Private Client Solicitor to join a well-regarded team based in Wigan. If you are experienced in managing your own caseload and delivering high-quality client care, this could be your next career move.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a varied caseload of wills, probate, LPAs, and property protection matters
  2. Build strong client relationships and maintain high professional standards
  3. Assist in promoting the firm’s services internally and externally
Qualifications and Experience:
  1. Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced equivalent
  2. Experience managing wills and probate caseloads, including taxable estates and post-death variations
  3. Knowledge of Lay Court of Protection applications
  4. Up-to-date understanding of relevant legislation and Solicitors Accounts Rules
  5. Strong organisational and time management skills
  6. STEP qualification or membership of Solicitors for the Elderly is desirable but not essential
