Job summary

Aspire People is recruiting Early Career Teachers and newly qualified primary teachers to work across a range of primary schools in Manchester and the surrounding areas.

This agency offers flexible full-time and part-time roles, with opportunities to gain experience across different year groups and to receive dedicated consultant support on your ECT journey.

Qualifications

• Holds QTS or is currently completing an ECT programme.
• Has experience teaching within a primary school setting.
• A strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
• A positive and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
• Good classroom management and communication skills.
• A willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• A genuine passion for supporting children to succeed.

Responsibilities
