Elysium Healthcare is recruiting newly qualified nurses for a structured 12-month Preceptorship at Three Valleys Hospital. You will receive expert support, supervision and training to apply academic knowledge in real-life mental health settings.

You will be developed to become a confident, autonomous practitioner with enhanced skills, values and evidence-based practice, contributing to high-quality care in a supportive team environment.

You’ve just qualified as a Nurse and are looking to choose your first job, one that will give your career the best start and the support you need. You've come to the right place.

When you join Elysium as a newly qualified Registered Nurse, you are automatically enrolled onto our Preceptorship Academy. That’s 12 months of expert support, training and supervision to help you apply your academic knowledge in real life situations.

You will be developed to grow into a confident, autonomous professional with refined skills, values and behaviours. That’s on top of your new role helping to change the lives of others and making a difference.

As a preceptee nurse, you’ll work 37.5 hours per week (12 hour shifts) at Three Valleys Hospital where you will help people with complex mental health issues in a safe and supportive environment.

No two days are the same, with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated, a good amount of routine and colleagues there to help and encourage you.

Join the multidisciplinary team at Three Valleys Hospital, care for people with complex mental health issues in a safe and supportive environment.

There are a range of services across five wards – including a specialist dementia service - where you’ll gain experience working with gender-specific distinct rehabilitation and step-down services. All 43 bedrooms have en-suite facilities and the communal areas are spacious with a warm, homely feel.
