Qualifications

• Completed Paramedic course at university and degree certificate as evidence.
• Previous experience in emergency response or pre-hospital care preferred.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Full manual driving licence with C1 capabilities desired.
• Supernumerary shifts offered.

Responsibilities

• Assess, treat, and transport patients in line with Mersey Medical policies and guidelines.
• Accurately complete patient care records and maintain clinical documentation.
• Communicate effectively with patients, carers, colleagues and other healthcare professionals.
• Contribute to infection prevention and control and maintain vehicle/equipment cleanliness.
• Carry out vehicle and equipment checks; report defects per procedures.
• Develop leadership responsibilities with senior clinicians and engage in CPD.
