The NCA is pleased to offer opportunities for Newly Qualified Midwives to join our friendly and supportive Maternity Team. We provide excellent preceptorship programmes covering all aspects of midwifery practice, including integrated MLC preceptorships with spoke days across inpatient services, antenatal ward, labour ward, maternity triage, and postnatal ward. This role is specifically for student midwives who will qualify and expect to gain entry to the NMC register in or before September 2025.

This vacancy is open to individuals with a current NMC PIN to practice as a Registered Midwife in the UK, or those enrolled in a course expecting to receive their full NMC PIN within the next three months. Please note that an NMC PRN PIN does not meet the essential criteria for this role. We are unable to accept applications from international midwives who have not completed all competencies for a full NMC PIN, as our OSCE programme is paused indefinitely.
