Proactive Personnel Ltd is recruiting for our leading automotive dealership network in the East Midlands, specifically for Newly Qualified Technicians in the Loughborough area.

Experience and Skills Required for a Light Commercial Vehicle Technician:

• Must be a team player willing to assist colleagues when needed
• Valid full driving licence

Duties Include:

• Inspect vehicles before and after service, maintenance, or repair
• Diagnose vehicle repair requirements
• Conduct electronic visual health checks
• Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs adhering to MOT and manufacturer standards
• Undertake major engine work, such as engine and gearbox replacements
• Ensure thorough final inspections of all work
• Accurately record work details on Repair Orders
• Participate in ongoing training
• Mentor and guide apprentice technicians when applicable
