Overview

Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking law firm based in central Belfast, is seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor (or someone qualifying soon) to gain hands-on experience across a broad range of legal work, under the guidance of experienced practitioners. The role is ideal for someone personable, driven, and confident in a client-facing setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting senior solicitors across a range of practice areas
• Managing a developing caseload with appropriate supervision
• Delivering exceptional client care and maintaining strong professional relationships
• Attending meetings, conferences, and client calls
• Assisting with business development and maintaining a commercially aware approach
• Drafting legal correspondence and documentation as required
• Participating in training and development activities

Essential Skills and Experience

• Newly Qualified Solicitor (or due to qualify shortly)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commercial mindset and strong client focus
• High levels of initiative, motivation, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Confident working under pressure and managing time effectively
