• 8 surgeries with an opportunity to expand in the future;
• The new practice is located close to Serpentine Green Shopping Centre in Hampton, which features retailers such as Tesco Extra, M&S, Next, JD Sports, etc.
• There is free on-site parking, and public transport is within a 5-minute walk.
• Hampton is only a 3-mile drive from Peterborough City Centre, with rail links to central London in under an hour.
• The area has an affluent demographic, offering opportunities to develop private revenues with multiple new housing developments.
• Direct train from London in as little as 1 hour.
• Stansted Airport is within a 1-hour drive.
• Hampton has good transport links close to the A1 within a 4-minute drive.
