Assistant Manager – Deals Tax

We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Manager to join the Deals Tax team of a highly respected advisory firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified ACA or CTA professional looking to transition into a commercially focused, advisory-led environment.

The role offers exposure to a wide range of high-profile transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructurings, working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tax advice on a variety of corporate transactions, including due diligence and structuring
  • Support senior team members in delivering high-quality client solutions
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Corporate Finance, Legal, and other advisory teams
  • Develop strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives
Candidate Profile:
  • Newly qualified ACA / CTA (or equivalent)
  • Solid grounding in UK corporate tax
  • Strong commercial awareness and interest in deals and transactions
