Job Description:

How would you like to be paid for five days but only work four*?

Our colleagues’ wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do at OFG, so we’re always looking for new ways to improve everyone’s work/life balance. We’re taking part in a trial of the 4-Day Working Week, meaning that you could be working one day less a week (or equivalent).

If the trial is a success, we’ll be rolling the 4DWW out across the Group – so there’s never been a more exciting time to join #teamOFG!

Are you a Newly Qualified Clinical Psychologist excited to work during times of transformative change? Are you experienced, or have a keen interest, in working with neurodiversity (Autism, ADHD), complex and developmental trauma, and complex needs? Do you want to help create a nationally important resource with the substantial backing of one of the leading providers of education for young people with SEN?

If so, we have the role for you! We are growing our Clinical Teams and are looking for Newly Qualified Clinical Psychologists throughout the UK to work within our SEN Schools.

You will be part of a multi-disciplinary well-being and therapeutic team providing essential services to meet the needs of the individuals we care for.

We have several vacancies across the UK, with new opportunities arising in the coming months. You can view all current vacancies at www.outcomesfirstgroup.co.uk. If you do not see a suitable role but wish to be considered for future opportunities, please submit your application via the link to this advertisement.
