Newly Qualified and ready for a new challenge in a Big 4 Corporate Tax Team?

Location: London

This is a team that is looking to expand their transactions tax team with a qualified deal advisor. Here you will gain a broad and wide range of fast-paced experience across all areas of core transactions work, including corporate deals, private equity, infrastructure, clean-tech, distressed debt, turnaround transactions, and restructuring.

Additionally, you will have a large focus on commercial development and client management both domestically and internationally when working on cross-border structuring.
