We are looking for Level 1 and Newly Qualified Social Workers to join our Family Assessment and Support Teams in Lincolnshire. We have vacancies in Lincoln, East Lindsey South and North. We also have roles in our Children In Care North and South Teams.

As a Level 1 Social Worker, you'll manage a range of cases from assessment to ongoing interventions, leading on these from start to finish for consistency. You'll work directly with children, young people, families, and other stakeholders to build a brighter future. Your caseload will be varied, offering opportunities for growth and skill development. You will also co-work complex cases with experienced Social Workers to support your decision-making.
We value the Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) as vital to your development. During your 12-month ASYE, you'll have a protected, reduced workload, receive regular supervision, participate in group learning, and complete reflective logs to enhance your practice. This program is designed to boost your skills, confidence, and professional growth.

We understand that social work can be challenging emotionally but also highly rewarding. You will be supported by a caring team, with monthly supervision, team meetings, and development days. We prioritize your professional development, offering access to training and fully funded PQ modules, alongside a competitive salary of £34,314 - £37,938 plus additional allowances for FAST Teams or Children in Care roles.
