We are looking for Level 1 and Newly Qualified Social Workers to join our Family Assessment and Support Teams in Lincolnshire. We have vacancies in Lincoln, East Lindsey South and North. We also have roles in our Children In Care North and South Teams.

About the Role of a Level 1 Social Worker

As a Level 1 Social Worker, you'll manage a range of cases from assessment to ongoing interventions, leading on these from start to finish for consistency. You'll work directly with children, young people, families, and other stakeholders to build a brighter future. Your caseload will be varied, offering opportunities for growth and skill development. You will also co-work complex cases with experienced Social Workers to support your decision-making.

About the Role of a Newly Qualified Social Worker

We value the Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) as vital to your development. During your 12-month ASYE, you'll have a protected, reduced workload, receive regular supervision, participate in group learning, and complete reflective logs to enhance your practice. This program is designed to boost your skills, confidence, and professional growth.
