Location: Newcastle

Contract Type: Permanent, Part-Time (24 hours)

Role Overview:

As Crew Team Leader, you are part of the management team with responsibilities to ensure the store operates safely, manage the team, and deliver excellent service.

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional service, helping customers find products suited to their needs for in-store and multi-channel sales.
  2. Resolve customer issues effectively and promptly at store level.
  3. Offer attentive service at the tills, processing POS transactions and thanking customers.
  4. Build customer loyalty through opt-in at the POS.
  5. Delegate tasks and oversee daily store operations.
  6. Understand the commercial aspects of retail, including reading reports, analysing data, and decision-making.
  7. Ensure the store adheres to visual guidelines, maintains product presentation, replenishment, and cleanliness, and sets up seasonal launches or sales.
  8. Maintain business security by ensuring compliance with policies, loss prevention, and health & safety standards in the absence of management.
  9. Stay updated with company products, activities, and promotions, and implement changes as needed.

Role Competencies:

  1. Proven leadership skills and peer respect.
  2. Experience in customer service is essential.
  3. Experience with POS management, banking procedures, and meeting deadlines.
  4. Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills.
  5. Positive, proactive attitude with confidence to take initiative.
  6. Ability to work under pressure, learn quickly, and retain information.
  7. Team-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for the brand.
