Maintenance Technician

Investigate and carry out repairs and maintenance tasks in apartments.

Respond quickly and effectively to guest needs on a same-day basis.

Ensure all jobs are completed on time and within agreed standards.

Have a proactive approach in identifying any other maintenance work required.

Obtain materials for repairs and maintenance when needed.

Ensure Fire, Health, and Safety checks are carried out periodically, with accurate records of checks completed.

Complete maintenance checklists for all departures, identifying issues to the management team.

Undertake preventative maintenance tasks including repairs, decorating, plumbing, and electrical work to reduce potential defects.

The successful candidate must have proven experience in maintenance and repairs, with keen attention to detail and the ability to take initiative when tackling problems.

Experience: Maintenance: 2 years preferred.
