Job summary

Johnsons Cars in Gloucester is seeking a driven New & Used Car Sales Executive to join the Mazdadealership in Gloucester. You’ll welcome customers face-to-face, online or by phone, assess needs and match them with the right Mazda.

You’ll manage the full sales process through to handover, build relationships with follow-ups and videos, and work towards ambitious targets in a supportive team. A competitive package includes a £22,500 base salary with on-target earnings of £50,000.

Qualifications

• Experience in a target-driven, customer-facing sales role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and engaging customers face-to-face, online, or by phone.
• Understanding customer needs and matching them with the right vehicle.
• Managing the full sales process from enquiry to handover.
• Building relationships through follow-ups, videos, and regular updates.
