The role & responsibilities:

We are seeking a Store Leader eager to advance their career by overseeing a passionate team at The Athlete’s Foot Brighton. This role is ideal for an experienced leader looking to progress in retail. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Store Manager to drive high performance, successful team development, and operational initiatives.

The role also involves community engagement, partnering with sporting events, and managing relationships with healthcare professionals. This position offers a dynamic environment with activities outside the store aimed at driving brand growth.

This store is scheduled to open in June 2025.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience as a full-time or senior casual sales assistant, key holder, supervisor, or 3IC
• A motivated, proactive attitude with a 'Make it Happen' mindset
• A passion for leading and inspiring teams to succeed
• A proven record in driving sales and achieving KPIs and targets
• Operational skills including stock control and visual merchandising
