We are looking for staff for our BRAND NEW restaurant opening in LATE JULY 2025!

Your training will be in our existing restaurants:

• McDonald's Festival Leisure Park, Carnival Cl, SS14 3WE
• Basildon, SS14 1AF

As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be the face of your restaurant, engaging with customers to ensure smooth operations in customer areas. Responsibilities include making children feel welcome, distributing balloons, organizing special events, attending to customers' specific needs, maintaining cleanliness in dining and toilet areas, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You will establish and maintain positive communication with customers and keep your manager informed about customer satisfaction.
