As General Manager for the New Store Opening, you will be accountable for launching and leading the new location, building your team, and establishing culture and operating standards from day one. You will recruit, train, and develop high-performing staff, oversee sales and costs, and ensure an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience and ability to drive results.
• Experience in new store openings is preferred.
• High energy and ownership mindset; able to build teams from scratch.
