Wingstop UK is opening a brand-new restaurant and is looking for a General Manager to lead the launch. You will build your team, set the culture, establish ways of working and drive the restaurant from day one with a hands-on, high-energy leadership style.

In this role you’ll recruit, train and develop a high-performing team, own all aspects of the operation, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while hitting sales and cost targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership experience in hospitality or retail.
• Experience in new store openings is preferred.
• High energy with ownership mindset.
• Ability to build and lead teams from scratch.
