Job summary

Wingstop UK is opening a brand-new restaurant and seeking an Assistant Manager to help launch it and set it up for success from day one. You’ll work closely with the General Manager to build and develop a brand-new team, establish ways of working, and create a high-energy, high-performing culture.

You’ll lead the onboarding, drive service standards, support recruitment, and shape a positive environment where staff grow and guests enjoy memorable experiences.
