Wingstop UK is opening a brand-new restaurant and is seeking a General Manager to lead the launch with full accountability. You will recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, establish culture and ways of working, and drive sales while controlling costs from day one.

This hands-on, high-impact role requires you to own all aspects of the business, shaping direction, building team culture, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environments.
• Experience in launching and opening new stores is preferred.
• Demonstrated high energy, ownership mindset and accountability.
• Ability to recruit, train and develop teams from the ground up.
