Wingstop UK is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead a brand-new restaurant launch. You’ll manage fast-paced shifts, set the tone for the team, and ensure high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness from day one.

You’ll work closely with your team, coaching and developing a brand-new crew, drive performance and consistency, and play a key role in early-stage growth and opening operations.
