Wingstop in Chester is opening a brand-new restaurant and seeks an Assistant Manager for a New Store Opening to launch from day one, build a capable team, establish ways of working, and foster a high-energy culture.

You will work closely with the General Manager to lead shifts, train staff, and implement processes that ensure great food, fast service, and top standards from the outset.

Qualifications

• Must have previous management experience.
• Ability to lead a brand-new team and sets high service standards.
• Proven leadership and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support restaurant opening and setup for a brand-new Wingstop location in Chester.
• Lead and develop a brand-new team, driving performance and service standards.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and embedding efficient ways of working.
• Ensure high-energy operations and consistent food quality from day one.
