Job summary

SEPHORA UK is seeking a New Store Inventory Planner for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will lead end-to-end inventory planning for new store openings across the UK, developing opening stock plans and scalable processes to support a rapid store expansion.

You will partner with Demand and Supply Planning to ensure timely launches and optimal stock levels. The role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and proven ability to collaborate across retail functions to drive successful

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory planning, merchandise planning or supply chain planning in retail.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock flow and replenishment.
• Advanced Excel skills with large data sets.
• Experience coordinating projects, timelines and multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end inventory planning for all new store openings.
• Develop opening stock plans based on store size, format and objectives.
• Create scalable inventory templates and assumptions for new store launches.
• Align opening forecasts with Demand Planning and launch plans.
• Coordinate with Supply Planning to ensure feasible stock requirements.
• Own the critical path of store openings and milestones.
