Job description

TSR Legal is currently working with an established firm with offices based in Porthcawl and Bridgend, which is now seeking a Residential Conveyancer or Solicitor on a permanent, full-time basis.

Role Overview

The successful applicant will have a minimum of 4 years PQE within conveyancing and will be managing their own caseload.

Responsibilities

1. Managing a full caseload of both freehold and leasehold purchases and sales.
2. Handling transfers of equity and new build property purchases.
3. Managing some re-mortgages.

This firm has already built a substantial caseload and has established long-term relationships with estate agents, developers, IFA's, etc. They promote an open and honest culture, focusing on high-quality work, with no aggressive billing targets and plenty of ongoing work.
