The ideal candidate will have strong client-facing skills and a proactive attitude. This role offers a chance to work closely with local partners in a growing firm.

• Ability to run residential conveyancing files independently.
• Experience dealing with sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold matters.

• Manage 50-60 residential conveyancing files from start to finish.

TSR Legal have a fantastic opportunity with a small local multi office firm with offices in Ledbury who are looking for a Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor to work with local partners due to natural growth.

You should be able to run your own residential conveyancing files from initial instruction to completion independently and be adept at dealing with both sales and purchase of freehold and leasehold matters.

If you are able to deal with 50-60 files + I’d love to hear from you.

You need to have good client facing skills and be and a can-do attitude.
