Our client is a leading law firm whose property department is ranked one of the most regarded in the country and are currently looking to recruit an additional Solicitor for the expanding Litigation department.

The Role

Working within this highly reputable Real Estate team, as a Property Litigation Solicitor you will be working on commercial with a small part being residential matters.

You will be responsible for dealing with lease renewal/termination notices, arrears recovery, advice of break notices, as well as residential possession proceedings, leasehold enfranchisement and more.

Our client is requiring a candidate with knowledge of Easements, Restrictive Covenants and be able to deliver quality commercial advice. You will be able to work as part of a team and will also get involved with client development to ensure success within the team.
