Our client is a rapidly growing personal care brand taking the industry by storm, globally.

We are seeking an NPD Assistant to support their brand's social media pages, with a passion for monitoring emerging global trends. The role involves tracking industry innovations, assisting with concept development, managing ingredient databases, and supporting marketing asset creation for new product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor market innovations, textures, and ingredient trends across personal care categories using tools like Mintel and WGSN.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and synthesize data into reports to support concept development.
  • Assist in preparing product briefs, formulations, and brand positioning documents.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and labs during product formulation development.
  • Contribute to digital marketing materials, including presentations, trend overviews, and launch decks.
  • Support social media content planning and scheduling for brand channels.
  • Manage development timelines, product data, and ingredient records using internal systems.
  • Liaise with creative and content teams for visual asset generation.

Requirements:
