Job summary

Conditorei Coppenrath & Wiese KG, the leading frozen confectionery producer in Europe, operates a UK unit in Castleford, West Yorkshire. It seeks an NPD/Business Administrator to support the NPD & Commercial teams and help drive a growing global business in FMCG.

The role covers day-to-day admin in NPD, preparing tender documents, updating product trackers, and assisting with presentations. You will attend customer meetings, manage web imagery, and support photo shoots to ensure accurate product

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Good numeracy and strong organisational abilities.
• Experience with MS Office Suite; prior admin experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day administration in the NPD department.

Conditorei Coppenrath & Wiese KG is the leading manufacturer of frozen confectionery products in Europe. In 1990 the UK Business Unit, Coppenrath & Wiese UK Ltd was established, based in Castleford, West Yorkshire. The UK Business unit is seeking to hire an NPD/Business Administrator to work with the NPD & Commercial teams, to complement their expanding global business in this FMCG Sector.

Key Role Objectives & Responsibilities

• Day-to-day administration within the New Product Development Department
• Completing customer tender documents and new line forms.
• Updating product trackers with actions. Ensuring, where possible, all project timelines are met
• Attending customer meetings, preparing NPD, Quality/Technical & Commerical presentations.
• Responible for ensuring all web images are up to date and accurate
• Attending photo shoots, ensuring products are presented accurately.

Key Skills and Experience

• Ability to communicate well both orally and written
• Good numeracy skills
• Excellent organisational and planning abilities
• Attention to detail and problem solving
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel etc) is essential
• Previous experience in business administration would be desirable
