Job summary

Hollybank Trustees Ltd is seeking a dedicated team member for an on-site role in Newbury. The position is permanent and full-time with a fixed annual salary of €26,000. You will join the NPD team to assist product development through weighing tasks, stock management, and preparing customer sample submissions.

Responsibilities include adhering to food hygiene and safety standards, upholding the company’s values with professionalism, and performing any additional duties to support business needs.

• Attend monthly NPD team meetings
• Weighing of new products to support the product developers
• Maintaining consumables stocks and ordering where required as per the ordering process
• Completion of customer sample submission forms to support the product developers
• Demonstrate a consistent approach to food hygiene and health & safety procedures throughout the workplace.
• Portray a positive image of the company and its values in a professional manner at all times.
• Any other duties which might reasonably be requested in association with the role in order to meet the needs of the business.
• Adhere to all company rules and procedures, with particular attention to health and safety.
