New Parts Readiness Analyst - 36138900 - £28.43/hr (Umbrella Rate)

What You Will Do:

• Manage and track all new parts sourced through the company's Trading Division, ensuring operational readiness from start to finish.
• Collaborate with the International Packaging team to agree on inbound and outbound packaging specifications, ensuring efficiency and sustainability.
• Maintain a central tracker with packaging details, weights, dimensions, and storage requirements for seamless warehouse operations.
• Monitor and verify the first deliveries of new parts, ensuring they meet specifications and implementing improvements where necessary.
• Lead launch review meetings, presenting progress and tracking the status of new part readiness.
• Champion sustainability by reducing packaging-related CO2 emissions and driving innovative solutions.

What You Will Bring:

• Proven experience in supply chain, warehouse operations, or packaging roles, with a strong understanding of logistics processes.
• A proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement approach.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, with attention to detail and process management skills.
• Results-driven attitude, demonstrating tenacity, initiative, and the ability to work independently.
