Job Description:

I have an exciting new locum position in London working with one of the most well-known Community Child Health Services in the capital.

We are looking for Community Paediatric Consultants to fill several positions across the city. These roles primarily cover departmental gaps while they search for permanent staff. Consequently, these locum contracts are likely to extend beyond the initial three-month guarantee.

The main responsibilities include leading services in Neuro-disability and Safeguarding. If a trust is interested in booking a candidate, there will be a screening call to confirm competencies and discuss the job plan.

Compliance

As a locum working in NHS or private healthcare, certain compliance and registration obligations must be met:

  • GMC registration
  • UK Right to Work / Passport or Visa
  • Updated CV
  • DBS check
  • Two references
  • Immunisation history
  • Mandatory training
