This is for a full-time position based in Cardiff City Centre (8.30 - 5.30 Mon - Thu, 8.30 - 4.00 Fri, 1hr lunch).

In this role, you'll be working closely with solicitors and directors, handling a mix of family law and private client work. Your day-to-day will include transcribing digital dictations, managing calls, opening and closing files, scheduling meetings, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll also be responsible for maintaining client files, processing payments, and ensuring all documents are up to standard.
The firm is looking for someone with experience in audio transcription and strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills. If you have knowledge of family law or have worked with a legal case management system before, that's a bonus! More importantly, they want someone who’s proactive, a great communicator, and able to juggle multiple tasks with ease.
