A legal services firm in Cardiff is seeking a Legal Receptionist to provide excellent service at the front desk and assist the team with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months' experience in a legal environment, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This role requires a friendly demeanor and attention to detail, ensuring professional handling of sensitive matters.
Legal Receptionist – Central Cardiff
Reporting to the operations manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing a first class service on Reception and to the team on a range of legal and non-legal tasks.
About the Role
Working from offices in Cardiff, you will act as the first point of contact for the firm and will provide ad hoc support on a range of matters.
Amongst other things, responsibilities will include the following:
Assisting the team with organising meetings and diary management, managing stationary, post and filing.
About You
12 months experience within an a legal department or law firm
Desired: Legal Receptionist experience
High standards of literacy & numeracy
Excellent organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage and prioritise your workload with minimal supervision
Must have a friendly and approachable attitude, with a high level of professional discretion when dealing with sensitive issues
English language proficiency and ability to communicate effectively
Good level of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Excel skills
