An international leader in household products is seeking a Customer Service Operations Support professional located in Newcastle. This hybrid role involves supporting daily customer service operations, providing administrative assistance, and maintaining high service quality. Candidates should have prior customer service operations experience and be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel. The successful candidate will earn between £12.64 and £19.84 per hour. This position lasts until December 2026, requiring flexibility in work hours.

Working hours: 37.5 h p/w, Mon-Fri (8am-4pm / 8.30am-4.30pm / 9am - 5pm)
