As the business continues to expand across Europe, they are looking for an HR & People Lead to join the People Operations team in London. This is a pivotal role, sitting at the heart of the company’s employee experience and ensuring every stage of the people journey, from onboarding to growth, runs with care and purpose.

You will be the trusted partner for all things HR across Western Europe, shaping how policies come to life, how people are supported, and how teams stay connected to the company’s values. Your day will span compliance, total rewards, and performance management, while also promoting engagement and wellbeing. You will work closely with the Director of Total Rewards and People Operations to translate data into insight, building analytics and dashboards that inform smart, people-centred decisions.
