As the business continues to expand across Europe, they are looking for an HR & People Lead to join the People Operations team in London. You will be the trusted partner for all things HR across Western Europe, shaping how policies come to life, how people are supported, and how teams stay connected to the company’s values. You will work closely with the Director of Total Rewards and People Operations to translate data into insight, building analytics and dashboards that inform smart, people-centred decisions.
