About the role
We are recruiting a Sales Advisor (home and site-based) to support the Growth and Regeneration Team, focusing on our Signaller’s Croft scheme in Basford, Crewe. Responsible for managing the sales process from pre-sale to completion, achieving targets, and delivering excellent customer service.
This role is primarily on-site, with some home working and occasional travel for meetings or support at other locations.
Regular weekend work (Fridays and Saturdays) is required, with a day off during the week available as flexibility.
Interviews are scheduled for August 19th and 21st.
Responsibilities
Manage customer enquiries, maintain CRM database, and support homeownership options and buying process.
Gather supporting documents, ensure applicants meet Homes England criteria, and work with mortgage advisors to maximize affordability and shares.
Operate sales office and show-home, organize viewings, launch events, and open days.
Administer reservations, assist customers, coordinate with solicitors, check mortgage offers, and handle legal documentation and handovers.
Collaborate on marketing activities, update listings, social media, sales literature, and signage. Contribute to development opportunity analysis and demand assessment.
Maintain records, update systems, gather customer feedback, and support reporting and continuous improvement efforts.
