My client is a small residential developer who focuses on the quality of their builds. They have a brand new development that is due to launch in May based in Derby, and they are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join them.

Responsibilities:

• 2 years new build sales experience
• Responding to initial enquiries via email or on the phone
• Conducting viewings & providing information on the local area
• Ensuring that you have knowledge of the development
• Following up with customers after they have viewed the development or made an enquiry
• Negotiating offers
• Upkeep of the show homes & marketing suite
• Maintaining communication with the customer from reservation until their completion date
