Kitson Associates is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for Northamptonshire to lead and grow a portfolio of new-build housing developments. The role focuses on driving reservations, managing Sales Executives, and delivering targets across sites in Northamptonshire and nearby areas.

The ideal candidate will have proven residential housebuilder experience, strong leadership, and a thorough understanding of pricing, incentives and market conditions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential housebuilder/developer sales leadership.
• Track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets in new-build housing.
• Strong knowledge of the UK new-build housing market.
• Excellent leadership and people-management skills.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for sales performance across multiple new-build developments.
• Lead, motivate and support Sales Executives to maximise reservations and targets.
• Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, pricing and market conditions.
• Analyse local market conditions and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Support implementation of sales and marketing strategies across developments.
• Coach and develop sales teams to maintain high customer service standards.
• Report on performance, forecasts and future sales activity to senior management.
