Job summary

Ethos Resourcing is recruiting for a New Homes Sales Team Leader near Shrivenham. The role offers a 35k basic salary with a 55k OTE, and the chance to work with a 5* NHBC National House Builder.

You will lead and motivate your own sales team on site, greet potential purchasers, demonstrate new homes, report on progress against targets, assist with marketing, and maintain an inviting Sales Suite to convert inquiries.
