We are looking for a proven track record in residential housebuilding, deep knowledge of the UK new-build market, and strong leadership skills. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working for a residential housebuilder/developer.
• New Homes Sales Manager experience.
• Strong knowledge of the UK new-build housing market.
• Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Understanding of pricing, incentives and market conditions.
• Excellent leadership and people-management skills.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for sales performance across a number of new-build housing developments.
• Lead, motivate and support Sales Executives to maximise reservations and achieve sales targets.
• Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, pricing and market conditions.
• Analyse local market conditions and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Support the implementation of sales and marketing strategies across developments.
• Coach and develop sales teams, ensuring consistently high standards of customer service.
• Work closely with senior management to report on performance, forecasts and future sales activity.
